Service description

Shopsterra provides a Shopify profit tracking dashboard and related analytics that help merchants understand true profit after costs such as ads, COGS, fees, and refunds. Features and availability may evolve as we improve the product.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annualbasis, as you select at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges according to your billing provider's rules and the timing of your current period.

Pricing, plan limits, and included features are described on our website at the time you subscribe.

Free trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial for eligible plans. During the trial you can use the service as described at signup. If you add a payment method, you will be charged only after the trial ends unless you cancel before then, in line with the checkout and billing emails you receive.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of applicable law or Shopify's terms
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, other users, or underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shopsterra and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars (USD)).

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except where law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
