Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run Shopsterra for you:

• Account and contact: email address and related account information you provide when you sign up.
• Shopify store data: data from your connected Shopify store that you authorize (for example orders, products, and related metrics) so we can show profit and performance in the dashboard.
• Billing information: payment and subscription data processed by our payment provider when you subscribe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

How we use your data

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Shopsterra — including syncing your store data, showing analytics in the product, processing subscriptions, and communicating with you about the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the product:

• Stripe — payments and billing
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Vercel — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email

These services process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them. We share only what is needed for each service to function.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies in a minimal way — primarily for essential, functional purposes such as keeping you signed in and securing the service. We do not use cookies for advertising networks.
