Refund Policy

48-hour refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 48 hours from the date of purchase (the time your payment successfully completes). This is a no-questions-asked policy for eligible requests inside that window.

After 48 hours

After the 48-hour window, we do not offer refunds for fees already charged. You can cancel anytime through your billing settings (or by contacting us) so you are not charged again at the next renewal.

Free trial

During a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends and a paid subscription begins (subject to how you signed up and whether you provided a payment method). Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges, as described in checkout and billing communications.

How to request a refund

Email johny@shopsterra.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase so we can locate your payment.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method; timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
