Do I need to install anything or approve a Shopify app?
No app store approval needed during beta. You connect Shopify in about 5 minutes using a read-only access link - we walk you through it step by step. We can only read your data. We can't touch your products, orders, or anything else.
How does ad spend get into Shopsterra?
Right now, you add ad costs manually by channel (takes about 2 minutes). Direct import from Meta Ads and Google Ads is on our roadmap - it's the most requested feature and we're building it next.
Is my store data safe?
Yes. We connect with read-only API access - we can see your sales data, nothing else. We can't edit products, process refunds, or touch your store in any way. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, no questions asked. During beta, there's nothing to cancel - it's free.
I'm doing less than $200k/year. Is Shopsterra for me?
Shopsterra works best for stores doing $200k-$2M/year - at that revenue level, a 5% margin improvement is worth thousands of dollars. Smaller stores can use it, but the ROI is less obvious when monthly revenue is under ~$15k.
